I have found a very powerful, easy and free way to do healing on your self is by calling in specific colour ray combinations while meditating and doing White Light + Colour Breathwork.

Divine Colour Ray Remedies – How to:

1.  Sit in meditation, intend to bring healing Divine Colour Healing to that part of you in pain with Self Compassion
2. Align to the Light of God, become quiet within, Centre yourself, Ground yourself to Mother Earth’s Heart
3. Breathe full belly breaths.  After a few breaths begin to breathe in White Light into your body.
4. Call down the Divine White Light with Colour Ray(s) you are to work with (see ) from above.  It flows down from above your head, around your body into your energy field, down through the top of you head and your Crown Chakra, down your spine into the Earth, through your body and out your feet into the Earth.
5. Breathe in the White Light with the different Colour Rays combinations until you are full up with Divine Light Colours.
6. Relax and allow.  Divine Light Intelligence know exactly what to do on all levels.
7. Drink a lot of pure water
